At Luxford, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused (except to test), in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To start a return, contact us at info@luxfordtech.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-15 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@luxfordtech.com for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items.
  • Used or damaged products (unless faulty upon arrival).
  • Returns due to network issues beyond our control.
  • Returns due to misuse or damage (e.g., bent card).

Warranty

Our wallets and tracker cards come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, reach out to us for a replacement or repair.
