SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • Android: Android 9.0 (Pie) or later with Google Play Services (standard on Samsung, Pixel, Motorola, etc.). Uses Google's Find Hub network.
  • iPhone: Pairs through the Apple Find My app.
  • One network at a time: choose Google Find Hub or Apple Find My during setup.
  • Setup: Bluetooth and Location enabled for the ~2-minute setup. Afterward, it updates passively through the network.

How Does It Work?

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Power It On

No charging, ever. Your Finder Tag arrives with the battery included, good for up to 12 months. Press and hold the button until you hear a short beep.

💡 Tip: the app shows battery level — when it eventually runs low, swap the coin cell in seconds with the included tool.

2. Choose Your App

Android: open the Find Hub app (free on the Play Store if it's not already on your phone). Sign in with your Google Account, with Bluetooth and Location turned on.

iPhone: open the Find My app, go to the Items tab, and tap + to add other item.

Each Tag pairs to one network at a time, you choose during setup.

3. Connect in Seconds

Your phone shows a pop-up — tap Connect (or Pair). Your Tag appears under Items.

4. Clip It On

Thread the included key ring through the built-in hole. Keys, bags, zippers, anything that wanders.

5. You're All Set

Your Finder Tag is now linked to your account and ready to help you find your things wherever the network reaches. Ring it up to 95dB when it's hiding nearby, or check the map when it's not.
